This website sets no cookies, embeds no third-party content until you buy (no external fonts, no analytics or advertising services) and does not track visitors. Requests to the website are not logged.

To deliver the pages, the server necessarily processes your IP address, the time and the requested address without storing them. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in providing the website.

If you choose a language with the language switch, your browser stores this choice locally (localStorage). It is not sent to us and can be deleted in your browser settings.

Hosting

The website runs on a server of OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, in a data centre in the EU. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with OVH.

Purchase via Paddle

Only when you click “Buy now” does the page load the checkout of Paddle.com Market Ltd., Judd House, 18–29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom. Paddle sells Replado as reseller and processes your payment and billing data as an independent controller; Paddle's privacy policy applies (paddle.com/legal/privacy). From Paddle we receive your name, email address, company name and the purchased items in order to set up your licence and send you the installation command. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Contact by email

If you email us, we process your details to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for requests relating to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once your request has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Licence and update service for customers

Licensed customers download the installation package and updates from replado.com and registry.replado.com. For this we process the company name, licence number, contact email, number of mailboxes, update period and the time of the last download. The installation key is only stored as a hash. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

The Replado software itself runs on our customers' servers. We do not receive the emails or customer data processed there.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. An informal email to the address above is sufficient.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for us, the Data Protection Commissioner of the State of Brandenburg.
