Reads
New emails are fetched from your mailboxes. PDF, Word, XML and CSV attachments are read as well.
Understands
Each email is sorted into your own categories. Items, quantities, dates and open questions are extracted, and the email is matched to the customer and earlier conversations.
Asks first
If a reply needs facts only you know, such as stock or delivery dates, Replado asks you with a quick yes, no or value. Or it looks them up in your shop or ERP system.
Drafts, you approve
The draft follows the writing style of the person in charge. Nothing invented: missing details stay as visible placeholders until you fill them in.

Nothing goes out automatically
Every reply needs a click from a person. Without a valid licence and in observation mode, sending is technically blocked.

Replado never deletes, moves or marks an email as read. Drafts live in Replado, not in your mailbox.

Questions
Can Replado send emails on its own?
No. Every reply needs to be approved by a person with a click. There is no setting that changes this.
Does Replado change anything in my mailbox?
No. It only reads. The single exception: after you approve a reply on an IMAP mailbox, the sent email is stored in your Sent folder, exactly like an email written by hand. This can be turned off.
Where is my data stored?
On your server, in your database. We do not receive your emails. If you use a cloud AI, the content needed for a draft goes to the provider you chose with your own key. With a local model, nothing leaves your company.
Will the replies sound like AI?
Replado learns the writing style of each person from their sent emails and follows fixed rules against typical AI phrases. It also looks at how you wrote to this particular customer before.
What happens after the 12 months of updates?
Your version keeps running without limits. With the optional update plan you get new versions for another 12 months.
What do I need to run it?
A Linux server with Docker, about 2 GB of RAM and some disk space for emails. Installation takes one command. We are happy to do the setup for you.
Which languages does Replado write in?
Replado answers in the language of the incoming email and in the style of your team. The interface itself is currently available in German.
